Check out our illustrated lab minutes for an overview of each Power Lab. After the final lab of this series, we will create and share open-source tools and facilitation guides.

Power & Integrity is incubated within  and Power Lab was possible thanks to the support of Oak Foundation.

Lab 1

Organisational integrity

Lab 1 was on October 24, with 16 participants from our participating organisations: UNICEF UK, PoHwer, CBM, The Bridge and NHS Confederation. There was a good mix of board members, executives and practitioners.

The lab explored organisational integrity – what it means in practice, PI’s evolving framework, likely challenges, and the importance of a holistic approach.

Understanding power

Lab 2, on understanding power and its relationship with integrity, took place on November 28.

We looked at:

  • how structural inequality is reflected within organisations
  • how seemingly separate integrity issues share root causes
  • opportunities for a more coherent approach towards integrity.

One key aim from the session was to evolve the language and frameworks within the cohort. This will be particularly helpful for when we develop tools to share more widely.

We will share illustrated minutes soon, so watch this space!
